Our rehabilitation services provide extensive Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies 7 days a week. Our therapy and nursing teams work to coordinate a detailed therapy and discharge plan aimed at returning residents back to their maximum level of independence. Our distinct 20 bed rehabilitation unit is located within our skilled nursing facility and patient receive all the same basic services offered by the facility along with their individual therapy programs.
Post surgical therapy that requires physical, speech or occupational rehabilitation
Stroke victims who suffer weakness, paralysis, speech and swallowing difficulty
Persons who are experiencing falls or decrease in gait control
Persons who are experiencing gradual reductions in strength and routine daily activities (eating, dressing, going to the bathroom) that would benefit form therapy services
Individuals with speech and swallowing difficulty, slurred speech and hoarseness

A skilled nursing facility is the appropriate place of residence for people who require constant nursing care and have significant deficiencies with activities of daily living (ADLs). Our caring and professional staff provide 24 hour care for residents in a safe environment, offering skilled long term care as well as Hospice care for those in need of extensive nursing services.
